Sure you just have to pay full price for a room.

You can't use points and get free dining.

Free dining requires a full price room rate and at least 2 day MYW tickets. DVC points are not a full price room rate. DVC studios start at $315 plus tax per night. You can pay that, buy tickets and get free dining.
