Free Dining ?

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place or not.....

We are hoping for Free Dining in late Nov / early Dec. We stay at the POP, so in the past, the QSDP was offered. My question is.. In the past, could you upgrade to the regular dining plan, if free quick service is offered? We're just trying to get some ideas together. I'm just hoping for free dining of some sort. We've had it for the last few trips, and now we're seriously spoiled.

Yes you can upgrade to the regular dining plan for an added fee.

We always do it. It's like $12 per day for an adult for the quick service to regular dining plan. Well worth it IMO.
