Does Disney still offer free dining? If so, when would that be?

The answer is yes if you book by June 22. The dates are August 24-September 20

It is being offerred for dates at the end of August and through September 20, I think. You would have to book quickly before your dates sell out. There are only a set amount of rooms per hotel with "free" dining.
