Free Dining???

When is the next free dining plan offer??

IF they offer it again, they usually don't announce it until late Spring early summer of 2008. With all the changes to the dining plan I wouldn't be surprised if they don't offer it again.

Last year (2006) they also offered it to resort guests as a "Bounceback Program" in November/December 2006. If you were staying at a WDW resort at the time (until 12/31/06), you could make an early booking for the free dining package this summer (2007).

It was a trial offer, and no one knows if it will be offered again to Nov/Dec resort guests this year. Some DIS'ers posted last year that they booked a special 1 night trip down in Nov/Dec specifically to book the free dining package for the next year, so they would have first choice of the resort they wanted, etc. before they offered it to the general public in April!

As money hungry as Disney appears to be at the moment, I wouldnt be surprised if they dont offer it in 2008. Maybe the promotion will be a discounted DDP (or maybe they will include the tip and appetizer).

I wonder if there is any availability left for free dining this year?
