the CM I got told me AYG was no good too, but since I asked for free dining she could give it to me anyway

Yes! I was modifying reservations that I had originally booked. One of my rooms (my MILS) is booked in her name with her info, but I used my Disney VISA. My SIL's was with her own info and her own Disney VISA, but I was able to modify this for them.

That was just rude! She could have helped you, this is a major announcement all the CM's should be aware of it!

Just got off the phone with Disney!!!! We have August 29-September 7th at Pop Century standard room with a 7 day park hopper pass!!!!

They never even asked me for a code. Not sure why, but I guess it doesn't matter.

DINING!!!!
BTW, never had to sit on hold, I went straight through!!!
