Free Dining, Who Got It, and What Did You Get?

Been on hold since right at 7:00, and I need to get going to work soon. Come on, get lucky!
 
I got thru but they wanted a code, told her AYG and she said that was wrong. Would not help me. Told me to go to their website and got off the phone with me. Worst service I have ever recieved from them. Is there another code?


the CM I got told me AYG was no good too, but since I asked for free dining she could give it to me anyway :confused3

I told her I've never had a problem in the past, they have always given it to me. She said she would not lose her job for this!!! Her name is Liza.

Must be the same CM I got. I called back and am now on hold, AGAIN! 28 minutes and counting. *sigh*

Got Pop! Prefered location, travel dates 9/19-9/26. NO PROBLEM extending past official dates as long as checking in by the 20th!

Why are other people getting right thru while many of us have been on hold for 30 minutes or longer. Has my call gone into that 'black hole' of never to be answered????
 
Were you able to give them the other adults addresses of their actual home, not yours? kwim???

Yes! I was modifying reservations that I had originally booked. One of my rooms (my MILS) is booked in her name with her info, but I used my Disney VISA. My SIL's was with her own info and her own Disney VISA, but I was able to modify this for them.

That was just rude! She could have helped you, this is a major announcement all the CM's should be aware of it!

Just got off the phone with Disney!!!! We have August 29-September 7th at Pop Century standard room with a 7 day park hopper pass!!!!:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :dance3: :dance3: :dance3: :dance3:

They never even asked me for a code. Not sure why, but I guess it doesn't matter.

BTW, never had to sit on hold, I went straight through!!!
