I also had zero hold time. CM answered right away. switched from CSR to WL for 9/13 - 9/20. CM laughed at one point and then said "sorry, I didn't mean to laugh I just looked up and saw how many calls there are " Good Luck to all!!

Called about 7:01- answered in about 10-11 minutes. We get to keep our original Pop Century reservation for Sept. 19-27. 2 Adults, 2 children, 1 day base ticket, total: $1,027

FYI- as long as you check in by Sept. 20, you get the entire stay as free dining.

Another FYI- if you already have a resort reservation, you still have to put another $200 deposit down today.

We don't seem to be listinening to the same song at the same time. Must be that we've selected different options on the phone tree or different phone numbers. It makes you wonder how many different song, or different portions of songs it is possible to pay at ony one moment....the magic of Disney marketing.

I got POP standard 08/29-09/08 10 nights free dining , 1 day base ticket =$1,233.68 Did not have to rebook or change deposit, he just confirmed that I had one using the first 6 numbers of my card !!

now with the free dining, how is the tip going to work now that it is not included. I think many staff will be stiffed if it not included and people do not know. IT wont be done on purpose. just curious.

OK Just got $380.00 OFF of my 6 day trip to the Poly starting Sept 8th.

Reservation number stays the same ( I don't know who was stirring up trouble on DisBoards telling everyone they first had to cancel their existing reservation)

Called at 7:00 waited 8 minutes for operator..... then waited another LONG 5 minutes while she checked with Guest Services, if I could just do another $200 deposit since my 1st deposit was $100 Visa and $100 Disney gift certificate. She came back 5 minutes laster and agreeded that I could just add another $200 Visa payment to qualify

I did not have to put another deposit down they just checked my first 6 digits of my disney visa. I had an existing reservation.

I had the AP dine pkg and you do have to add the 1 day base ticket.
