If you go to the official Disney website and click on "Special Offers" on the Tickets and Packages tab, it says on the current FD promo that campsites, suites (except Fam suites) and 3 BR suites are excluded from the current offer. I don't know if this means all the resorts are included and just these room categories are not.
There's also a current % off room rate offer and it does say it excludes AOA resort so I would assume it's available at the rest of the resorts in at least some room categories.
I know the villas have been included in the FD offers, but only with a rack rate cash reservation through CRO. It is not available if you rent a points stay.
When the Jan special offers come out you can make a dummy res and if the info you input doesn't qualify there will usually be one or two alternate options listed.
I realize this isn't terribly specific, but with the number of room categories and the many resorts, I don't know if Disney would actually list every one of them every time.
