Around the end of July or so.

I will be there Sept 30 -Oct 6 for my honeymoon. So far no news yet on the discount release date. BUT someone sent me this link and it shows when they released the deals for This year. They said that it is normally about the same time each year. It looks like they may not be releasing it until July

We always go in Sept and it is usually released around the first week of March. It's never been later than the middle of March for any of the years we went!!
