Free Dining Question

I already have the free dining bounce back deal booked for September. My mom wants to go at the same time. Should she wait until the free dining comes out for Disney Visa cardholders to book (if it indeed, comes out) or should she book a room now and then change it to a package when the (if ) the deal comes out? Any idea which would work better? Thanks for your help!

I would call and see if you would be allowed to add a second room under your deal. It never hurts to ask.

If not, is your mom going regardless of a discount? Or is she only going if she gets a discount? If the former, she can book now and apply the discount later if one comes out. If the latter, it's probably better to wait it out.
