Free Dining Plan?

Is there a free dining plan again? I saw a couple of threads about free dining but I am not finding anything about it.

I believe that is just a memory now..............and what a great one!!!!!

Disney offered this to those going a few months back during the slower season up until the beginning of December. I believe the offer expired last month sometime.
