Could we in Britain have used this plan and if they offer it again how do you go about booking it ?

Yes we can and I booked it through Dreams Unlimited. They have also extended it to book by 20th August.

You can book the free dining deal without a travel agent if you prefer - either on the phone to WDW Central Reservations, or through the Disney website and then you even save the cost of the phone call!

Of course this is only valid August 21-October 4, 2005 - I agree with those who are calling it 'a hurricane special' - but you never know they might offer it again another time.
I am keeping my fingers crossed they might offer it in December - unlikely I know - but a girl can dream!
