Free dining plan?

I keep seeing posts about free dining...how do you manage to swing free dining??

For awhile now, Disney has been offering free dining end of summer/early fall. Approx Aug-mid Sept. In the past, thet've announced it in April, to the general public (you'll see ads on various travel sites, TV and of course, Disney.com). If you have a Disney Visa card, you will be notified early, and able to book about a week before the general public.You do need to have a resort package to use this offer.
I used this deal in 2006, and would love to be able to do this again this year. I'm waiting to see the dates that will be offered. BTW, it can't be used with any other offers, codes, discounts.

Disney for the last several years has offered free dining to the public from late Aug.- Sept. Disney has released this offer for booking in April and if you just hang out here you will know exactly when. My family traveled last Sept. during free dining and was able to book free dining for Oct. 3-Oct.13 of this year before we checked out. This process is called a bounceback. I is a wonderfull deal for us since both of my children are considered adults so that saves us about $160 a day.
