Free Dining Plan Now Open to Public

I'm just curious. I called Disney and phone's been busy and decided to go on line to find out if anybody else knows about the Free Dining but there's no thread about it. Just wanted to let everybody know free dining is available till December:

Couldn't get through, so I booked online!
