No way of knowing at this point. Last year it was announced around April 1.

FWIW, it has already been made available to UK visitors & those participating in a 'bounceback" promo.

Will be curious to see how many additional (if any) rooms are made available for free dining (especially since there is a 40% off pin code out there).

I would love to hear of free meal program since we are going in September. We have already booked our trip and have our air paid for. Will keep looking for those codes for a discounted room rate and hopefully the announcement of free meal program. Have thought about getting one annual pass for one of us in the family to get the AP discounts though.
