What date do these pkgs. begin on?

I'm anxious to hear how it goes for everyone and what kind of impact it has on the parks and such..

Will they be more crowded?
Will diners receive the same type of service - or will they be rushing people out the door?
Will the food be the same quality?
Will the servers be terribly overburdened?
Will the Character Meals be overly crowded and rushed?

Or - do you think things will remain status quo?
