Free Dining Oct-Dec Is Here!!

We are already booked for AoA LM with deluxe dinning, and will want to change so we can upgrade to mod or deluxe resort with FD. Will changing to FD effect my ADR's since I booked at 180 + 10? Sure this as already been asked and answered. Still trying to figure out if changing to FD will be a good deal for 2 adults and a 5 yr. old or if we should just do the RO.

I currently have res. for PO Riverside for Check in on Nov 2nd.

I have heard rumors saying that date is inclused, and alsio that they are not.

Any confirmation???

Also, I am guessing that I will have to call on Thursday Am. What is the earliest time???

If I have a current reservation, will I likely get the free dining??? Or shoudl I have a backup resort planned??

Nov 2 is included. If you check in that day, you'll get FD your entire stay.

A current reservation means nothing so you should always have a backup.

Your ADRs won't be effected at all.

We'll be arriving Sept 27th, so I plan to do a room only reservation for the 27-28th. We'll be able to pick up our park tickets on Saturday, even though the package doesn't start until Sunday, right? I know this has been discussed in detail, but I can't find it now. Can someone point me to the right thread?

Just to be clear, you will be doing a room only for the 27-29 (meaning the nights of the 27th and 28th), right? Early ticket pickup info can be found in post #15 section I of this thread...

All depends on who you get. Once I argued with the guy because people were already posting about what they booked, yet it was insisted to me that there was no offer. Really? Check your memo and see what it says.

Our trip is scheduled 10/5 thru 10/13. No Free Dining for Us! BUT what if I changed the dates to 10/2 thru 10/13 flew down the morning of 10/2 checked in and flew back home that evening. We would not actually be staying there until 10/5 but as long as I am there to check in on the 2nd can we do that?

Housekeeping might get suspicious if the room has not been occupied. Is there any way one of you can fly in and stay the extra days? Wouldn't the cost of the additional airfare and hotel cost negate quite a bit of the savings? You would likely be better off doing the room discount for your current dates instead.

Ask them to check their morning emails and check with their supervisor. In all likelihood, though, it will be posted on this site by someone who got through before you. Once confirmation gets posted, the boards will be going crazy. I may just have to wake up early tomorrow to see all the craziness and enjoy everyone's excitement.

Nope. I got FD for my October trip via PIN. I'm just here to help people and enjoy everyone's happiness.

I do have my very own "tickets go on sale to the public Aug. 1" bit of excitement, though, but that is just for tickets to a college football game.

I finally talked DH into getting a DV so we could get FD early. I called Chase and it seems that if we get instantly approved, we will not know the number until we receive the card. But they did say you could purchase things on-line through the disney visa website. Would I be able to book tomorrow morning? Or is all hope lost. (Y'all are the ONLY ones who would not see that statement as a dramatice statement.)

me too, only I am up at 7AM anyway. the excitement is fun to see, especially as so many people have been waiting awhile for these discounts.

In the summer I roll out of bed around 10am (but I stay up until 1am or later a lot). I may have to set an alarm. Maybe I'll have Donald Duck wake me up on my iPad. I love that app.
