I haven't stayed there, but CBR looks lovely. I would book water view, and check back to see if an upgrade to Preferred would be available (without losing FD). Or take a risk and wait until you check in and ask at the front desk if there are any Preferred rooms available then.

This is the way that I am leaning too. I am just waiting for DH to come home to discuss it with him. I love CBR's grounds and property-so pretty! Just wasn't too sure ab the rooms as they will be getting that refurb in 2014...shouldn't complain. Just need to get him to decide so I can try to get any ADRs for our new dates

Apparently so. We are going on a rubber band shopping spree Wednesday after school. Hobby Lobby has these plastic jewelry boxes for $1.99 each and they are perfect for storing the bands. We have three of them (so far)...

I gave my daughter my old friendship bracelet string box to sort her colors. It works perfectly. Lol...she hasn't filled 1 box yet!

My DD lives on YouTube on my phone going through the tutorials on the rainbow loom site. Really good!

My daughter does the same thing. She had a melt down trying to follow the instructions that came with the loom. She watches YouTube videos and no more melt downs lol

Holding off on online check in since reports of magic bands are that you have to recheck in or something to get the personalize choice. And it's torture!

I did online check in and didn't have to modify my check in to see the personalize MB option. It just showed up one day when I logged in to MDE...

So I was one of the people calling the FIRST day of the free dining offer and got a CM at 7:30 am. I could not book a royal room at POR for November 11-16 for free dining. I was so disappointed. Well we decided to take the room discount instead and get a suite at AoA after my sister decided to go. Just to see, I looked online and today- the LAST day of the free dining offer, there is availability at POR, royal room, standard view. Just seems odd to me that it's available the last day but not the first.

I've heard of that happening a few times now. I think it has mostly to do with a couple of factors. 1. Disney was hoping that these rooms would be taken without the offer but the demand ended up not being there and therefore they are now being releases for the offer. 2. With all the hype/ hearsay/pandemonium that happened just before and during the FD release some people were booking multiple rooms which left very little stock of certain rooms. Now once the dust has settled, some of those double bookers release one or more of their reservations. Thereby freeing up the room. I don't believe it was Disney or a CM that was trying to be difficult.

I don't know ab your question. I am curious myself. When are your dates that u want for CSR again? I am ab to reschedule a trip right now that we have for 11-16 to 11-23 at CSR and booking CBR bc that is all they have available.

Those are the exact dates I want at CSR! A phone CM just told me that if someone cancels a FD reissue, that room does not go back into FD, it's just rack rate from then on. I wonder if that's true?

Well that's not fair! I hadn't planned on rescheduling at all. But my husband's business is dictating this change. I hope that's not true.
I'm going to go ahead and book CBR even though that's not our favorite resort. At least we will be there!

Wow! I can't believe POP is actually available today (THE LAST DAY) for our trip in Dec. We are going Dec 22-Jan 1st and POP was NEVER available for the FD offer. Out of curiosity I checked on a few resorts today and there it is!


I already have a room booked at Beach Club which is a dream trip for us (thanks to my CM daughter and her discount). But if you are looking for POP for Dec, you may want to recheck before the discount ends.

The free dining discount for September ends today but the free dining discount for Oct-Dec is booking until November 15th.
