The only dates in May with a general public offer were were May 27-31, 2011.

Can't even guess as to whether anything similar would be done for 2013. I think the only way it might come up is because Easter is so early next year.

PIN codes have been available, though.

They don't really do free dining discounts in April or May. There are all of the previous free dining dates and release dates from the free dining thread on the Discounts Board:

This list is missing some dates. We went (first and only time) Feb 27- March 1 2008 and had free dining. There were only two dining plans at the time. We got free regular and upgraded to deluxe.

Thanks for all the replies. We did have free dining once and it was nice but I don't really plan for it. We really like going in May because the weather is usually so nice. I'll probably book and then if something comes up..awesome.

We have never gotten a PIN number. It was under the "Special Offers" section. I remember quite well because we reserved only about 30 days in advance and I had to pay for the entire trip at the time we booked.

This list is accuarate. Also, there was NEVER a general public free dining offer in February/March of 2008. In fact, there was never a general public free dining offer outside of August - October until 2009. If you received a "free dining" discount during that time frame you may have had a pin code attached to your name/reservation in the Disney reservations system, but you did not recieve a free dining discount for those dates as part of any general public free dining prom.

It could have been Kids Stay and Play Free Discount, it could have been a Buy 4 nights, Get 3 Free Discount, but there was not a general public free dining discount for Feb 27 - March 1, 2008.
