Free dining for Oct 2011 - March 2012

Can anyone tell me when this offer came out? I was trying to get a heads up of when to possibly look for it, if it happens again next year.

Did they have it last year, or was this the first year?

It was announced August 3rd, though we had some rumors floating around well before.
