Free dining for card holders

Don't know if I'm posting on the right board or if this has already been posted (but I didn't see it).
I got am email offer for free dining on select days in September, November, and December with a 6night/7day stay if you are a Disney Visa cardholder.

Free dining for the general public was released today. The Visa offer started a few days ago.
