Exactly, what is going on with SW?

Wow I don't think I've ever seen it at that point until right before the dates, at least in my experience. So is everyone just going to Orlando or what?

Southwest flights are showing sold out, especially for nonstops, or have gone way up

I'm in St. Louis and SWA is the only airline w/ nonstop flights to MCO (well, Frontier has 4 a week, but the days don't work for us).

Anyway, I booked our flight using the "wanna get away" rate.
Then later I saw the price was higher.
Then later I saw that class of fares sold out.
Then later I saw them available for the same rate I paid.
Then later I saw them a tad higher.

BOTTOM LINE: Don't give up. Keep trying! ...and here is some pixie dust for you! Best wishes!

We check in August 27. It's definitely gonna be released for 15th. They're doing that exclusively at our request. No worries! (I'M JUST KIDDING!)

Me either, they must have a really creditable source. They actually emailed this out to all their clients as well. I'm already booked with free dining under the bounceback but thought it would be helpful to people waiting...

Credible source or not, that's awful. Imagine if the rumors don't pan out for whatever reason... doesn't sound like a good TA.

The free dining bounce back was for Aug 20-Oct 2, 2015, and was bookable until Nov 15, 2014. it was available to book all of October 2014.

I did not have that as my BB offer or I would have probably booked immediately.

I stayed at POR 10/25-11/3 and my BB was a RO % only. They handed it to me in a booklet at check in

I did and they didn't. Maybe because POR was excluded last year? I was willing to book at another resort.

Nope! I thought the same thing, but after bouncing the prices off my TA, she told me to jump on the deal because they likely wouldn't get any lower.

Are BB dates usually a year from the time you stay at the resort? For example, if I'm staying at one of the resorts in September, will the BB be for the next September or some other time?
