Free Dining Fall 2015? (and a whole lot more)

Our dates have changed to September so I am literally on the edge of my seat waiting for an announcement. Luckily I have a Disney Visa so my TA will be rebooking with that so we can get the early offer.
Not to worried about ADR's. My kid's are not to into princess breakfasts, unless it's Snow White (due to their OUAT addiction). Got word she's not at CRT so avoiding that madness all together. Hoping for BOG for lunch or maybe dinner. Our must haves are easy, Best Friend's Breakfast, Park Fair Breakfast, Ohana, Tusker House. I have to make a list and get them to our guy soon.
Who replaced Snow White? She had always been there every time we've gone although now it's been since last July...

I may have misunderstood when he told me. We were talking about the one in Epcot and CRT. It was at work so it is very possible I heard wrong.

Ughhhhhhhhh...... all this waiting is driving my crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :rainbow:

Same here! I've been stalking this thread for weeks. We're going in Nov. We've been to WDW many times but always stayed offsite, ate breakfast before and brought food into the parks (Mom has a house 15 mins from disney, hard to pass up free :-)) but this year, my kids have 3 days off of school around veterans day and we're staying on property. I can cross off staying onsite from my bucket list. CBR is booked at the moment but there's so many choices!. Hoping for DDP also. Sooooo excited! :yay:

Hi!

Someone here from the UK following along!

We have finally decided to go back to Orlando this November, and are looking at CBR from around the 8th. Quite flexible on dates at the moment.

I've done a bit of Disney maths based on a non-discounted standard room at CBR and free dining would do better for the two of us. Even a 40% discount at today's rate would be a saving of $845 versus the free dining at $1213 approx. If we opted for a Pirate room again (which my husband loved) the difference in savings would be minimal; $1118 v $1213 for the dining plan.

We stayed at CBR last December and had free dining and it was fab! No worries about what things cost etc. but we did have a few QS credits left at the end which we used to buy sweets and treats to bring home.

I hope I have my maths correct!

Only snag for us is that our ADR window opens up around May 11th, but we will be at Disneyland Paris! It's going to be a pain trying to book my ADRs on my phone without missing one. I really want BoG and CRT again!

ok so I called today to add my flight to magical express, as I broke down and booked a trip late August at POR with or without free dining. When I was on the phone with the CM I first asked if I had any "Unique" codes for my name...Damn...nope....but she said after some silence that to keep in mind that I may want to rethink my resort as PO resorts are usually blocked from FD..I explained to her that last year I received a code and was able to stay at POFQ with FD her response was "oh ok you should be good then"....Am I getting excited for nothing?o_Oo_O:confused::confused3

maybe due to the price increases disney won't be offering any free dining due to greed? I hope this is not the case, but I think it might be since
there hasn't been 1 offer for Free dining...yet.

September free dining has traditionally been the first free dining offer for the last few years. They did away with the Jan-March free dining in favor of a S/P/D deal awhile ago. Prices go up every year, and the park attendance goes up, too. If they do not offer free dining, it isn't because of greed, it's because the rooms are filled already.

its still early but who knows I don't think it's greed though. If they aren't booked they aren't happy. And free dining brings people in off-season. So let's hope!!!! But the waiting is killing me...

Only BC rooms and standard rooms left at CSR week before thanksgiving - however all categories of POR rooms available. Curious to see, IF, FD is offered what is excluded!
