Free Dining Fall 2015? (and a whole lot more)

Off topic: I'm feeling conflicted now. We could do October and mnsshp spending an extre $250 or November with Christmas party. We have never been to either what would you do?

I vote for the MNSSHP. It's so much fun. MVMCP is also terrific, but there's really nothing like the Halloween party. Have fun whichever you choose!

I am just getting so anxious about this offer. At least I have a weekend away to calm myself. So is there still a possibility that general public may get the offer tomorrow? I'm not ready for that, I'm hoping for the 27th or the 1st for general public.

We've been to both and love MVMCP. Christmas is my favorite holiday though. MNSSHP was a lot of fun and we really enjoyed it but if I had to choose I would pick MVMCP.

So if this offer is true and these are the dates and I still want to do 12/13-12/18. Could I do a split stay?

Does anyone think there is a chance of the offer selling out before being able to apply it to an existing reservation?? I am a DVC holder.

It would take me all night to catch up on all the posts, am I missing any rumors?

Recap:
  • August 15 - October 2
  • October 25 - 31
  • November 8 - 19
  • December 15 - 21
  • Possible announcement tomorrow 4/24 for Visa card holders.
  • POR is not excluded

Roll Call:

Looking at oct 20-29 CBR - however, if rumored dates are correct then looking at oct 22-31 and doing a spilt stay but not sure?

Good luck everyone!!! :yay:

POR is excluded after October 2 based on the rumors.

It's entirely possible that the offer goes public Monday. I don't think SA residents are eligible for a DV, and they have the booking date as 4/27. Visa could be tomorrow, or not at all.
Smitch, any reason you can think of that they would not release to South America (GP) and Disney Visa on the same day (i.e. 4/27)?

The DV offer should be first, right? I think someone mentioned that it could just go out to everyone and skip the DV offer. How likely would that be? I was actually counting on at least a day or two before the GP offer went out. I guess I better rally everyone to prioritize our resort choices and collect the info I need to book for everyone. What information would I need from family members in order to book their rooms? Names, phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses...anything else? Can I pay the deposits and then have them call and add on their own credit cards later. This would be for the GP offer. No DV cardholders in our family.
ETA: I see someone just quoted Smitch's post. I guess we are all wondering the same thing!

Disney Visa Question: We're not account holders but my mom applied and got approved so that we could get the $200 gift card. She hasn't got her card yet. Should be any day. However, if it comes by the time the Visa deal is released, she was going to let us use it to book. Now I am seeing that we won't be able to do that? What if she adds me as a user to her card? However, I know there won't be time for my card to arrive. Any advice? Thanks!
Not sure if anyone answered this. I just got my Disney Visa, but before the card came Disney had it on file and I would have been able to book a package with it if I wanted. Not sure if that is only because I applied through the Disney link or not but worth looking into.

Question for all of you that have done this before...
When calling in ( tomorrow or Monday or whenever it is released to Disney Visa card holders)
When you call and are asked to you pick. Make a new reservation, modify a reservation, make a payment....
What do I pick????

Wait, what? I know it will let you book online offers before it arrives but the issue is calling to book over the phone which is required for DV offers.

regarding the Disney Visa, if your approved it does appear you can use it immediately

Yes you're reading it correctly (although it is still a rumor). Based on what I've read POR is the most popular but didn't CBR go through some renovations or something?
CBR did just go through renovations. Everything is completed except for the pirate rooms. They now have queen beds instead of doubles and some rooms now have pull down beds so they are able to sleep 5. They also added sliding wooden doors in between the bathroom and sleeping area and took out the curtains that used to be there. Totally new look and feel to the rooms. Heck, they even replaced all of the outlets and they now have tons of charging ports.

What time will these offers open at? midnight or 6am? Does anybody have any thoughts on room only discounts? I think I would make out better with a RO... Thanks!
