Free Dining Expiration Date Question

Lets say Free Dining gets offered from December 12th - 22nd (just example)

if somebody checks into their hotel on the 17th thru the 24th
do they get 'grandfathered' in thru checkout for the free dining or
does it end the 22nd ?

also ... along the same lines
if we decide to use a 25% off discount does it too end on the expiration date or is one 'grandfathered' as long as they have checked in before that expiration date ?

Free Dining is based on check in date. As long as you physically check into the resort on a day when the FD offer is in effect it will include your entire stay. If the offer is from Dec 12-22 and your stay is from 17-24 all the dates will be covered.

Room rate discounts are date specific so if the discount is for Dec 12-22 and your dates are 17-24, only the dates through the 22nd would be included.

As always, all specials are subject to availability of resort and room category for the nights you are interested in.

Like PP said, as long as you check in during the free dining offer you'll have it the entire stay
As far as the room discount...were planning on using it as well as FD?? I'm only asking b/c you can only use one offer at a time through Disney. Couldn't tell by your post if you were trying to decide between the two or thinking to use both

The check-in date is the only date that counts for free dining. With any other discount, it depends on the discount. Some may be the same as free dining and some may be good only for the dates offered.
