Does any one remember if Disney has offered free dining discount codes for times during the year mainly interested in Feb, and March, I have lost all my old emails and can't remember. Please post if you have any information

They haven't offered free dining for Jan-Mar since 2012. They have offered a stay, play and dine plan which was basically children's prices for adult dining but not a free dining package. This website lists historical discounts:
