I know it starts on August 19th..and I believe it goes through the end of August with no blackout dates.

Yes, I too read August 19th. I just booked my August trip to start on August 13th and end on August 19th. I hope they don't change the Free Dining dates as I booked my August trip to AVOID the Free dining in August 2011!
