Free Dining and changing stay?

So I just saw Monday night that Free Dining is available this Fall and DH actually agreed to a trip. However, we won't know his work schedule until Sept. If I book now to make the book by August 8th cut off, can I adjust my dates later as long as we arrive on an included date?

Also, once we are there, if we decide to extend our stay a couple days, will we get free dining for those days?

I don't know about the first one, but you will be able to add days on free dining only if those days are available at the same resort and room type at the time you add them.

Actually, if he can't have off the week I book, we will probably just have to cancel and postpone.

If you change your dates after Aug 8, the CMs who answer the phone will not be able to do it. You will have to ask to speak to someone in Guest Services. If there is still availability in the room category, resort and new dates you will be able to modify your res.
