I have never done free dining before so I was worried about the ADR's that I was going to have. I got mostly everything that I wanted, but the times are something else. I have small children so early dinner is really good, but I feel like I need to skip lunch for some of these.

You may want to think about scheduling yourself some "brunch" time -- a late breakfast or an early lunch. . . Chef Mickey's for breakfast would be great fun with little ones! It's been awhile since I've had a little one, but I remember mine being up at the crack of dawn -- maybe a good breakfast and an early dinner are your best options.

My only child is a teenager now, on most vacations, I have to wake her up in time to have lunch, let alone breakfast. . . We're the folks taking the dinner reservations after 8 pm when we're at Disney. . . When I was making my ADRs for a couple of character meals in late September, the cast member noted that not many families who ate character meals wanted to eat that late. We're just three big kids -- 2 in our 40's and a 15 year old. . .:rolleyes1
