Yes!! I mean I know we are going the end of October but November doesn't come out until mid May. And I want to book my return flight. I wish everything all conincided (sp).

Sent from my iPad using DISBoards

I have 60,000 rewards points to use but not sure if I'll be able to get 4 tickets with that. The October rates are about $400 for non stop but I have a feeling the nov rates will be cheaper the first few days after released.

So I would have to book my Disney part in the next few days and then book southwest on the 19th and hope for the best. It's not a big deal but I'm just not sure I want to go - pulling kids out of high school for 3 days, etc.

I thought I would have another month to think about it but just logged in yesterday out of dumb luck and saw FD tomorrow and SW on May 19th. lol

This might be answered somewhere in this vast thread but I'll run the risk of asking: If you book a resort stay but have YES or Homeschool Days tickets, can you get free dining?

If that's the case, that would be great! I want to make sure I'm expressing my thoughts right though lol.

They would each have their own reservation number, totally separate from mine.

Sorry for sounding like I'm "2nd guessing" you haha.

Yes.

2 years ago, I booked everyone's trip - 4 separate ressies and used my card to play for everyone.

I had a excel spread sheet to keep track of everything because you need names, addresses, ages, and email addresses.

Thanks. This is a tough call to go or not and which resort. Values and mods all cost the same if you get the dinning plan with 1 table service. Anyone else awaiting southwest fares for November?
Yes :-/ I was hoping to have my flights before free dining came out. I want to book sat-sun, but am scared Sunday flights will suck and I'll lose FD if I need to change the reservation.

Maybe the demand will be less for Sunday flights. I would stick with the free dining and hope for the best (air).

I guess I'll need Sunday to Sunday or else do Saturday to Sunday and get a 1 night RO. I wonder if I would have to switch rooms if it's the same resort.

But we'll have to decide that before seeing the airfare choices.

Does anyone know how much more it is to upgrade to Deluxe Dining Plan, with the free dining offer?

Also, if my mom has an annual pass, but I need park tickets, is it possible for her to get the 2-day ticket to use for the future and me get a 4 day hopper?

Thanks!

Do u need to decide if you want to upgrade tomoro? Dun wanna risk losing the discount if we upgrade later

Not sure about that but you can ask tomorrow.

I know I could never eat 3 TS meals a day - although I would love to try.

I am considering not even upgrading to the 1 TS for more freedom.

You might want to look at the Cabins. The thread says there a deluxe, but they are really a moderate !

Thanks.....I've looked at those before and worried that the kids wouldn't really enjoy these since there isn't a close food court or a easy way to use your mugs LOL. I wish we'd drove over and looked at this last year.

Yay! I had a spa day scheduled tomorrow with a TA friend and she said we can sleep in and still do it. Apparently nothing is happening tomorrow. Good thing as it took six months to get this appointment!

This year it's about $48 per person per night to upgrade to deluxe. We're doing that. You also don't need to decide right away--- we added it on later.

We don't eat 3 TS meals a day-- we eat a breakfast buffet and a signature dinner. And we also liked the 2 snacks per day during food and wine. But doesn't the regular dining plan have 2 snacks now as well?

I've been chatting back and forth all day with my TA about the promotion. She thinks it's possible POR will be blacked out as well as POFQ. Not a happy thought I know! Anyone have opinions on CBR vs CSR for a backup choice? We have 2 adults, a 13 year old, and a 3 year old.

The more people book ahead, the more fall off the list. It wouldn't surprise me to see All Star Movies in the no-go list as well. The popular ones teeter on the edge anyway. If you have people rushing out to book for free dining before it's official, it's not hard for them to fall off. :confused3

You will need to build a profile with a seperate email associated with each profile. You can do that online tonight through MyDisneyExperience to have them ready and it will be faster tomorrow. Make sure you show everyone traveling together on each prodile on the family and friends page. Then tomorrow when you book each ressie, they will link them together and since you will be showing on their family and friends page you can use you DV to book up to 3 ressies. :thumbsup2

We looked at the numbers last night and Caribbean Beach with a regular dining plan was the same price as a value resort with an upgrade to the regular dining plan. But at $60/night for all of us, we figured it would be better just to pay out of pocket for any nights we might want table service since it's highly unlikely we'll want it every night. Plus it saves $500 :)

You would have to have the same tickets in the package. You could do a 2 day ticket on the package and then upgrade yours to a 4 day hopper at GR after you check in.

Does the free dining promotion only work with the room + tickets + dining package? I have an AP and I've never tried for it before. I was told I wasn't eligible since I would have to buy a package with park tickets
