Why can't I do this online? Is anyone trying online? I can't be on hold for hours. I have a kid I need to take to school in an hour.

Also says you must provide proof of Canadian residence at check-in. Only reason I decided to play it safe and wait.

I got a confirmation email and it says nothing about being a Canada only offer, so I think I'm good but I'll call just to make sure.

you got the right number..or you could call 407-939-1936. All circuits are busy is because the whole world is calling right now. Just keep trying.

FYI--took me nineteen minutes of "all circuits are busy" until I got through the other day. I just kept alternating between the numbers people posted here.

How do you know it's already a 30 minute wait? I called in right at 7:00 and have been on hold for 8 minutes but just music after I entered my phone number and went thru prompts.....

Well that was easy! Just booked CBR standard online, no lagging or anything. I ended up going through the Canadian link even though I'm in the US. Just linked it to MDE no problem.
