I may be scarce for a while.

Too many complaints and drama today. It's not with this thread but a couple others.

Just to set the record straight. I have no inside sources, and I'm not a TA. I gather information I find online that anyone could find if they spent the time. I get it in little pieces and put it all together in one place.

Even doing this, there's still those that call Disney to complain because they never got official word and seeing it here wasn't good enough.

I don't know how much more helpful I can be.

Hi last year I was lucky enough to get a free dining pin for the life of me I can not remember when I got it on the mail. It was for September through December. If they were going to have those this year would they have already gone out? Or is their still hope?

I looked up my pin number email from last year - it was dated May 9th. So, yes there is still hope!!

Dude! You couldn't BE more helpful! Your information has been THE most accurate and timely and friendly and useful of all the years I have been on the DIS boards looking for information of when and what the annual free dining promo will be.

Seriously, as I Disney Chase Visa card holder, I think I have only once received any kind of e-mail notification of the annual Free Dining promo, and that e-mail came a few days after it had alraedy stated. If it wasn't for the information on this DIS board, I would miss out on this every year. But this year, the info you have given has been right on the money. I have never been so prepared and I was able to call in today around noon, waited 2 minutes on hold and then got EXACTLY what I wanted for location and dates.

Don't hide away from this thread at least! We got your back...and I don't want to lose a solid go to guy in the future.

Does this mean that FD dates are earlier than previous years. We are think booking the 2015 UK FD but don't need the tickets. If these may be the same for next year it would be great.

This was my first time riding the Free Dining train, so I just want to say THANK YOU for all of your time and effort to gather information for us.

I for one appreciated the heads up that FD was coming. If it weren't for this thread I wouldn't have known about the DV date at all until I got the e-mail from Chase this afternoon (and who knows when I'd have seen that!)

I hope all the drama blows over soon and people calm down - it's a Disney trip, it's supposed to be fun. Anyone complaining needs a little

I am so sorry The entitlement aspect of our society today is just out of control. I work in school system and seeing a generation of everyone must be treated "equal" is out of control. People really don't/can't deal with the little things. The days of the early bird catches the worm are over. Heck I was in the pot yesterday, did my research, watched the time, did my best to be on the phone so my call was picked up immediately, and so on. I was lucky and got a room. If I hadn't I would have just brushed myself off and tried again another day preparing even more for what it was I wanted. I did not get my choice resort POR and my trip is now $1500 more, it will not break our vacation and I will continually try and hope for POR to open up. I will not rant, demand, be rude to CM when it's not, send emails to Disney, ask to speak to managers till I get what I want, tell a CM I read it on the DIS or FB, but most importantly, I will except what is and know I tried Thank you for all you have done and your support.

Joe, it makes me really sad to see this. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving us the heads up. You are the reason I was able to book early and get all my ADRs. Thank you, thank you thank you!

Agreed, if not for finding this thread I would have been waiting until August to see if my October dates were available... and then I would have missed it. I would have had no clue that the dates were being released now. And I was so shocked at how accurate the information in the original post was. I am so excited now, and it's all because of you black.

I just joined today to say thank you. I have been stalking this thread and the one before for about 2 weeks now. Your research and the information you shared with us has been invaluable in helping us plan our vacation in September. I'm sorry if others are giving you a hard time, but there are many of us that appreciate the time and effort you've put into getting the info out there.

Just got us booked for Pop 10/28-11/3 with upgraded dining! I was on hold less than 2 minutes and finished in less than 10! Thank you everyone for all the insights - it is greatly appreciated!

Ok, we are a family of five and we're hoping for POR, along with so many others. So the question is take the RO discount for POR or go for broke and do Deluxe with FD.

So three questions….is there a minimum stay for RO on POR?
Whats the minimum night stay for a deluxe FD?
Is the Polynesian worth visiting now, and with three kids?

Poly has some major construction right now. I'm pretty sure the pool is closed and will be for the rest of the year. Have you visited tikiman FB page? He has a lot of info.

Oh Thanks! It is amazing what you can forget. I still have the PIN offer but there is no mailing date or anything on it. Wow so you received an email? I had heard that sometimes offers come via email but I was not sure it was really the case.
