Thanks for all of the info black! It's been fun, but unfortunately I think My previous BLT reservation may be the best deal. I keep holding to make sure, but not hopeful. Oh well at least we are going to disney anyway!

I think I am the only one not getting through. Been calling for over an hour straight no breaks and still just getting busy signal or all circuits are busy!
Why doesn't Disney like my phone number!!

"enhancements" is code word for... "My system isn't working" in the call center business... Could be... OMG THE WHOLE SYSTEM SHUT DOWN ... to ... It is just running REALLY slow

He transferred me to another agent, who was really confused about why he would do such a thing. That agent couldn't pull up our reservation either but went in a back way to do it. He's got our first room ready to book, but now I'm back on hold. Says the promotion won't apply.

I still have 2 more rooms to book. This is going to take forever...

Yes! Feel like I have been sleep deprived since April 17th! Hope it is truly the day.

LOL My TA asked if all this was worth it - We can't stay at the resort of choice, the one we move to is not my favorite buuuuut $700+ savings on each couple's package is really a lot of money and how do you ask your friends who have never been there to cough up the extra money because I want one place only?
Yeah, that's a lot of money and I will just make it work. If PO either re-opens a month into this, she has directions to switch us back immediately.

I AM going to Diensy, I will have a wonderful time. We only really sleep at the resort, so CS again, here we go.

Took 30 mins to get through and had a wonderful CM! I think she was more excited for our trip then I was! LOL! She was actually part of the TA line but said calls were just being directed where ever because I didn't call the TA number.

Took about 40 minutes to complete my reservation, started from scratch, and they were having some computer glitches to get the promo to work for some reason.

CBR November 14-20 with deluxe dining upgrade! Woohoo!

Help , I am a Disney Visa card holder and I did not get the email. When I called them they said only certain cardholder members got them. Is that true? And that I would have to wait until May 7.

Call back! If they tell you that again, ask them to please check with a supervisor.

Yay! Doing the survey! Got CSR 11/11-11/29. Ross was super nice and helpful. Definitely no FD for POR.
