Free Dining 2013

Ok folks, it's question time...this one is for those doing Free Dining in September.

If you had the choice, are you hoping to get a Free dining PIN for later this year, or a Bounceback for next August/September?

I don't know if we could go again later this year... at least not for a few days trip. Our vacation fund will be depleted by then and we always start it back up again in Dec. after holiday shopping.

When we can't get APs we ALWAYS plan an annual pilgrimage for a few days in Sept... so bounce back would be good. Of course, DH's employment situation straightening out so we can go back to getting APs and a car and go whenever we want would be better :rolleyes1

Though next year we're thinking of just doing a couple days at FW, staying for a night of MNSSHP and instead of park tix just going for a Disney cruise.

I know thins probably already came up but does any one think there will be Free dining for November 2013. Im going Novemer 10- november 15 and staying all star movies resort. Just wondering....Thanks!!

Don't know for sure, but I got this email today from Disney:

Woohoo - I can get free dining now ... oh wait, got that early Monday morning, but it was nice of them to offer anyway. Still haven't received any notice from Disney Visa about the FD offer ... thank heavens for Disboards - Joe, you're my hero! :worship:

Wait...didn't I say earlier "Free Dining for everyone"?

Umm, did....did that....work?

hmmm....A MILLION DOLLARS FOR JOE!!!! :cool1:

I'm all set now!!!!!! :thumbsup2

Me too! Smitch, what is a pin?

A PIN is a discount code specifically sent to someone via email or snail mail. Only the person listed on it can use it. Looks like a new wave of PINs was sent out tonight, and more people will likely receive it for the next week or so.

Does it only go to peeps who have stayed on property before? The pin I mean?:listen:

Yep. If you look at your reservation confirmation email, you can click on 2013 package inclusions to see everything included. :thumbsup2

Here is the line for DQ...

DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park Admission – Voucher valid for two admission tickets per room. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a person 16 years of age or older.

16 years or older? I do believe I'm qualified there - I'll be 16 by the time we go to WDW in Sep (birthday is end of July) ... well, sorta, anyway - if you're dyslexic when you read the "16" part ... :rotfl2:

Two weeks ago DS and I sat at a red light for what seemed like 10 minutes. I finally said "Give me a green light!", and it turned green immediately. Then I said jokingly, "Give me a pot of gold!", and I kid you not, we turned the corner and there was the biggest rainbow I've ever seen. DS shouted, "Mom! Find the gold! Find the gold!" :lmao:

Not always, but this PIN mentions something about being there before. Normally, the only thing that qualifies for the chance of getting a PIN is that you have your email, name and address registered on the Disney site, but PINs are always random. There is no real formula for knowing why certain people get them and others don't.

You can go in alone if you're over 13 as I understand it.

If you are bringing a child under 10, you must be 16+.

And if you are like us that $330 that Disney "owes" you....they might as well keep and put toward your room charges, cause I can so spend that on stuff in the park!! LOL!!!

Haha! Yep! Every penny of it will be spent there, plus some :)
