Guys, phones are very busy and if your call is redirected ask them to TRANSFER you to reservations. Do Not hang up-precious seconds can mean everything

I just booked online with no trouble. Got POFQ for 6 nights, 9/2-8. Tried to call but couldn't get through. I was happy to find it was already available on the website!!

It also happened to be a snow day for us today...in MAY! Free dining and no school...? Best day ever!!!!

Walking the dog first thing in the AM has never been more enjoyable. I cannot thank you all enough for the help and suggestions. I booked POP 9/23-9/27 with QS dining.

Can anyone tell me there thoughts on the next level of dining? My husband is a meat and potato guy and it's quite likely we would eat at a steak restaurant like Yachtsmen steakhouse 3 of the 4 nights. Because of this I'm thinking that I should upgrade the dining plan. In doing so, it'd be approximately $18 per person, per day correct? Thoughts, opinions?

If you are planning on doing table services then it would probably be worth it to upgrade to regular dining. I know you can go online and look at menus/pricing on www.allearsnet.com-then you could get an idea of what it would cost to pay out of pocket there. But in general I would think it would be cheaper to pay the upgrade then OOP at table services. Maybe someone else who knows for sure can chime in??

I waited on the phone for about 35mins but ended up giving up and booking online, as calling from Australia wasn't going to be cheap!

Thing is though, I already have an existing reservation. So I just booked a new one with the free dinning.
Is this ok, my plan was to just ring back at another quieter stage in a few weeks, to cancel my original booking??

I did that this morning... and then I called to cancel the previous one.

It was no problem at all... they're just refunding our original payment... and when we get it, we will just send it back to them for the new ressie.

Done, got free dining, POR garden view. Saved about $1300. The lovely CM I talked too was also able to add free dining to my friend's reservation for me as well. Very excited. I waited about 50 minutes and when I finally got through I got the dining line. She told me I should hang up and call back but I asked her to transfer me and I waited barely any time at all then. Good luck everyone who's still waiting. Don't give up.

Just got off the phone. Took awhile but I'm done.. 2 adults, 2 children 9, and 3 staying September 21st to the 29th at Pop preferred room, 7 day tickets, and Deluxe Dining. Total cost $3572.34 and saved $830.56. Should be enough for airline tickets.

Alright. Just booked a Cars Suite with Free Dining online. I'll call back later to cancel my Lion King Suite and to to see if they had any LK Suites with free dining available for my dates. When I looked online I changed my dates by a week and they were offering both Cars and LK so I figured I better just book a Cars suite for my dates before they are all gone. FYI was on hold for over an hour.
