I know that they were out as part of the Lost Friends week for Limited Time Magic, and it seems like they are in one of the parades (maybe MSEP?), but I don't know of any current scheduled meet and greets. More bad news, CRT is said to be closing for refurb Sept 10-13,and opening again Sept 14 : (

Eeek! We have reservations on September 16th. I hope the refurb goes smoothly and they don't cancel my reservation. My 6 year old would be very disappointed.

Same here, but when I clicked on view my reservation from my email, it came up with everything.....the mini golf passes, park tickets, disneyquest tickets, snack, table service, quick service...all of it.

True! I just noticed it did not have all that. That stinks!

Sigh... I'm so impatient...

I work and then I stop for a 10 minute "Dis fix" by doing research or looking up a youtube vid or coming here, then go back to work.

The days can't go fast enough, and I keep trying to think of the other things we've got planned for the Summer and such but I can't get my mind off Disney.

It doesn't help that my husband is such an enabler. Sunday night's entertainment was Walt Disney World opening specials from the 1970s. And for mother's day he got me a Mickey bracelet so now every time I look down at my arm I am reminded.

I've even got some clients lined up who come to me to ghost write their Disney reviews and provide them with pics, wanting to know when I'm going this year and what I'm doing.

We've been also planning our costumes for MNSSHP which I want to get done early.

And already-- because in 2014 we said maybe instead of a park stay we'd just come for MNSSHP for an overnight then to do a cruise (never done that)-- he's already pricing cruises and excursions and saving them.

I'm sorry I'm rambling... Oh-- September-- come quickly!

See, this is why I need to move next door to Disney world & get annual passes... I can't get through the day/week without a Disney fix anymore.

I feel ya! Do the cruise next year. So much fun!

Hey all, I just found out that the AS Sp food court will be closed for refurb Aug 5-Dec 20. The arcade will be closed too. They will provide motor coach transport to other two AS resorts during meal times. : (

Oh that stinks!!! Personally I would have to change resorts. That is just unacceptable! Where did you find that info?

We are going for 10 days and giving the 7 & 9 yos $100 each to spend on whatever souvenirs they want. Would you do the Disney bucks you can get on Main Street or get them the gift card?

Just curious, if you already have a reservation during FD do they still send pin codes?

Where can I see what will be closed when we are there?

Question. We are thinking we may take our MIL with us as a surprise... I made my reservations for 4 not 5, should I cll disney now And see if they can switch them to 5? If not ill go through and make new ones but don't know if they would do that if possible ?

I just got an email in my slam folder from Disney with two offers. Once I looked, I realized it was just the September free dining and room only offers. I was like duh we've been talking about those for a month now. Haha.

My dad got that email yesterday. He called me trying to make me all jealous until I said that's not a real pin. That's the GP deal. Here's hoping more pins go out today.

That is not good about the AS Sports food court. Will the other two food courts be horrible? We're going that last week in Aug, and I'm wondering about changing our hotel now.

We always get our kids a gift card with their spending money on it - much easier to keep up with.

Pin codes are random, they are sent out to people who already have reservation and who don't have reservations and who have never been and who go multiple times per year - very random.

I always look at the weekly WDW updates Mouseplanet.com, as he is really good at keeping up with refurbs and closings.

You can call, but if there isn't availability they won't change it.

I am making my family and myself crazy waiting for a pin. I'm always checking my email and just wishing..... Oh, it would be nice if Disney opened up the FD pin to the general public. Here's hoping

That's what I was thinking too. That All-Star Music/Movies food court would be a lot busier with the bussing in of all the Sports people. So glad we did AoA this year; Sports is usually our go-to resort. Feelin bad for all those just finding this out after they just booked a couple of weeks ago.
