Made ressies for October 2011 for Fort Wilderness Campground. Really don't want to pull fifth wheel that far. Watching for free dining to change to moderate resort.

We also booked Fort Wilderness fof September but will change into a resort if free dining comes out. With the prices of Diesel going up, up, up it will be cheaper if we dont have to haul our fifth wheel all the way from NY.

I don't think I posted this already...but I received yet another PIN for the summer for Free Dining. If there still sending out Free Dining offers for the summertime, you KNOW they'll have it in the fall!

Please Disney, put out the FD offers for the 4th quarter by May 24th, that way I can solidify my dates BEFORE I have to book airfare.

I've gotten my 7th FD PIN for the summer, I really wish they'd send a few of them to someone who needs one.

Same here, I don't want to be locked in with airfare until some kind of discounts for Oct. are offered. Got my fingers crossed for all of us. I'm already booked for Oct. 16th but I can switch weeks if that one's not gonna work.

Update: saw this on Intercot as well, but did not see the necessary (and usually) 3 digit code to book. It's not showing up in the Disney Rewards section yet, nor have I gotten an email. Did anyone else?

this doesn't say you have to have a non-discounted room.... do they only use one discount so if I already have a discounted room will they move it to full price and add the dining?

I am still licking my wounds that the bounce back last December didn't extend to the time we were there, but only through late August or early September! Really, I was SURE the bounce back would be for the dates I was there, considering that is the time that we can travel! Still, I am awaiting May 2 with crazy anticipation! Are we figuring it will be released to Disney Visa first? Last time it was and I was so excited I could barely dial the number!! I'll try to keep extra busy this weekend so that the time passes.

Disney does not allow more than one discount at a time. You would have to pay full rate for your room.

No, unfortunately your vacation would have to begin on a free dining date - you could always make two different reservations to have free dining on the dates that it's offered.

You will have to do a room only for that 1st of it. That only works on the other end. We check out the 9/26. so in the past we have been able to get FD for our enitre stay. I hope it is the same.

I don't have a DV so I will need to wait for the GP offer.

On the up side....... you can usually pick up your park tickets a few days ahead of your package starting.

I hear you! With the pin codes (that we didn't get! ) ending 8/13, and last year's FD not beginning until 8/19, and now these new dates, there is effectively no FD for about a week in mid-August. Very odd.

Wahoo! I don't have a DV but usually the DV offer is what they come out with as a GP offer next. It's for my dates and not QS for mods! This will make me very happy if it comes out as the GP. Now considering a DV....

Just checked my Disney Visa site. No offer on there yet. Perhaps it will be released tomorrow? They seem to offer something first to Disney Visa holders on a Friday then GP on Monday. The FD deal last fall started August 19, this one starts August 28. Wondering if they sold enough packages for the August 19-28 period last fall so that is why they are not including that week? We'll just have to wait and see.
