What's a pin email?

I'm still a bit of a newb. ^.^

When you are on the WDW e-mail list, you might receive an e-mail containing a discount, it has a code number [PIN number], that you give to the CM when booking, to get the discount.This is an unusual e-mail PIN , but it does happen from time to time.

For those who got this email, did it actually include a PIN you needed to supply the CM or was it just marked by your ressie?

Cause I NEVER receive PINs - I am going between 12/19 and 12/26, but staying at CBR. Should have kept my ressie at POP
