Free Deluxe Dining Question

I was wondering how Disney would work this. Does this mean that you can book the deluxe dining plan for absolutely free? Or do you have to pay the difference between the regular dining plan and the deluxe? Thanks!

There is no free Deluxe Dining. Only the regular Dining Plan is free with the "free dining" promo.

If you want Deluxe Dining during the "free dining" promo period, it's $32 per adult per day, $10 per child per day. That's the difference in price between the regular Dining Plan and Deluxe Dining Plan.
