Free DDP in 2010?

Does anyone know if they will offer free DDP in 2010? And if so, when? I am tenatively planning a trip around in Aug or Sept of 2010. Probably will be staying at POP. Thanks so much!!

Nothing has been released yet, but there are rumors that more deals are supposed to be surfacing soon.

It's also been rumored that Iger will be cutting back offers too. My feelings are that you just can't keep giving away product to make a profit. I rather see things get back to the old way, dining was a pleasure before all this ADR scenerio. We never use the DDP, not into schedules and we know we're going to have to purchase food but just rather eat when we're hungry, not at a set time and place. Sorry if this displeases people but it's how we prefer WDW.

Pepe I have to agree with you. I did take advantage of the Free Dining Plan the 2nd year it was offered but we went in knowing that our entire week would center around our ADR's and when and what we were eating. Not a very healthy attitude!

We prefer to spend our time touring the parks and as you said, getting something to eat when we are hungry and not being stressed about being somewhere on time. But that is just what works for my family and I know that other families have different vacation styles. And certainly if Free Dining were offered for the time I was already planning to go I wouldn't turn it down!
