Free DDP for 2010??

I am a new member and first time posting. I am planning our 4th annual Disney vacation for August 19 - September 6, 2010. Wondering when we might know if the free DDP will be offered again for this period?

2007 Pop
2008 Pop
2009 Coronado Springs

They usually let us know in April for this deal. In the past, it has been given to those with Disney credit card first (about a week early) and the general public after that. Start looking at the end of March, beg. of April.
