I've tried to order the maps a few times over the last several months, and have always had the error message. I guess, I've given up. Let us know what you hear from Disney.

We apologize for the challenge you have had in ordering maps.
Please do not add a saved itinerary to the Vacation Plans page of the
custom maps order form. This seems to be causing errors to occur with
some of our guests. Simply uncheck the box which attaches a saved
itinerary and continue with your order form. If you continue to have
difficulties placing your order, then respond to this email with the
style of map (classic or character) that you would like and we will
place the order for you.
