Free cupcake at Sprinkles for joining loyalty club?

I could swear I saw somewhere on here information regarding the loyalty club at Sprinkles. If you signed up, you would receive a free cupcake to try. Been dying to try one, they look so good!! Now that I am getting closer to my trip I thought I would sign up, does anyone know if this is still available. If so, is it available at Disney Springs?

Are there any other clubs which offer a sign up bonus?

I know they give you a free one on your birthday if you are signed up with their loyalty program.
