Hi,

I am just curious if anyone tried this offer. My sister did and she just heard back from Cricut and they said that the UPC codes she sent in were "invalid". She double checked the dates, the two cartridges she bought, etc. and she did everything correct. (I forget the name of the two cartridges.) She asked them to explain what exactly is invalid and they won't explain, they just keep saying the UPC codes are invalid and to resubmit it if she wants them to reconsider. Unfortunately this is hard to do when they required the original UPC codes. She kept copies of her submission so I think she will try with those.

Has anyone experienced this?
