FREE Collapsible Water Bottle (these things rock!) Great for Disney

Nope - I've never got mine either. From their Facebook page, LOTS of people still haven't gotten them. And lots of folks are reporting that they only got a portion of what they ordered (e.g. they only got 3 bottles when they ordered the 4 pack, etc.)

Based on someone's post here that their envelope had a "Global Mail" sticker on it, and the lack of postmarks, I suspect they actually shipped from another country with DHL Global Mail. That service uses DHL to ship from the foreign country into certain stops in the US, THEN they hand it over to the USPS for the final house-to-house delivery. I further suspect either (1) they just didn't ship all of the shipments and have simply been lying about when/if they shipped them or (2) some of the shipments have gotten held up in customs - who knows why (choices that come to mind are bad paperwork, lack of proper "Made in xxx" labeling, ah, the possibilities!)

Neither Savemore or Waterbottle.bz have replied to the emails I sent last week about the order. At this point, quite frankly I don't care what the story is - I want a refund. If Savemore doesn't provide that by Monday, I will dispute the credit card charge. I was going to do that today, but in the dispute I wanted to be able to say I gave Savemore several days to respond and issue a credit.
 
I did request a refund from savemore last friday, and it finally came through on Tuesday of this week. I spoke with a woman and told her my story including shipping times between TX and OK per the USPS. She told me that my order had been confirmed shipped and that she could not refund my money unless I returned the bottles(do you think she was listening when I told her, I had NO bottles?). That is when I requested a mgr. He said he was sorry for my trouble but could assure me they had been shipped, but would refund my $10 credit to my acct. and credit the $4 to my card since I was so upset(I am a calm person usually, but that woman had me about to scream). Funny thing he never said I had to send back the bottles when they came. So here we are in OK, on Sat. Oct. 15th, my bottles shipped out from somewhere on Sept. 28, mail already ran today and guess what... no bottles. :rotfl:

I ordered mine Sept 1 and I still don't have them either. spoke with them about three weeks ago,girl said they were shipped on Thursday. that would mean they were floating around somewhere between Texas and Ga. for eight days. I e-mailed both the Savemore people and the Water bottle people last Thursday and got an email asking me to be patient that they had already shipped.Ha! It's Oct.16th people I could have walked them out here by now. I think the next email goes to Better Bussiness Burea.Enough is enough.
 
My bottles finally arrived. I think we got them about a week after the emails. I didn't expect them to arrive in a timely manor; I don't remember seeing a 4-6 wk disclaimer though.

They seem sturdy enough and the kids have used them several times. I won't order more for a while though; just in case these don't hold up for very long. The $10 price tag on the website is sorry for what is actually sent out.
 
Still waiting for our bottles in Oregon! I ordered in the first batch, received an email confirmation and shipping notice several weeks ago and still no bottles. It has been a good lesson for DD(8) about ordering from an unfamiliar company and if it seems to good to be true, it probably is! She has faithfully checked the mail everyday for almost 2 months now! :sad2:

I am in Oregon as well and no water bottles here yet either. I got my shipping confirmation on September 28th.
 
Here's the e-mail response I got from them on Saturday.

Hello,

Your order was shipped via USPS standard mail. It is not uncommon for the
post office to experience a delay when a big bulk of shipments is sent out
to them to process. Therefore, we do ask that you allow until mid of next
week. If by this time you still do not receive your order, please contact
us and we will be able to assist you further.

I made my purchase on Aug. 29. I don't know if that was the first round or not. When I called them several weeks ago, they had to forward my call to someone else and we were "accidently" disconnected. I did not bother calling back. Waste of my time!

I have not received an email from them NOR have I received the bottles. I was charged on my credit card on the same day for $4.00.

I will NOT order from them ever again regardless of the deal and how great it may be.
 
We finally got ours and the kids love them so I geuss I'm glad we got them but I never would have ordered them if I had know what a PITA it was going to be.

Ordered them during the 1st special back on September 1st. Got an e-mail on September 28th that it was supposedly shipped out that day. :rolleyes:

So here we are almost 7 weeks after I originally ordered them, and still no water bottles.
 
I finally disputed the credit card charge - I just faxed them 12 PAGES of supporting documentation, including a printout of Waterbottle.bz's own facebook page with all of the complaints :lmao:

If anyone else is suspecting they may dispute the charge, I'd say print out the facebook page now, before they start taking off all of the negative comments like Savemore did.
 
Less than 6 hours after faxing all of my supporting documentation to Chase, they closed the dispute in my favor. :thumbsup2
 
Finally recieved mine (Kansas), trouble is I recieved one, not four, although the packing slip listed a quantity of 4. I won't be using them again!

The same thing happened to me, but I didn't even receive a packing slip. I emailed them, they told me to send a pic of what I received and I did. A few days later I heard back they made a new order for me for the rest of the bottles. Then a few days after that, I got an email saying their shipping department needed a pic of what I received! I did that and so far I haven't heard a word back.
