I saw that there is a swapper right after me since we dont leave until June 13th now so I was wondering what time they will be arriving so maybe we can just meet and exchange nemo!! Also, my work has coffee on sale for 4.99 so I will get an extra one to bring and leave in nemo for the swappers after me!

Hey guys-- My swap date is coming up soon, and I am trying to arrange with the swappers before and after me, but we've got some questions as to how it all works-- I'm hoping you guys can help. I leave on May 9th-- our flight is sometime after 5pm, but we have to be out of our room early that day, right? Southernbelle gets in around 1pm. Will we be able to do a face to face swap? Where do I leave Nemo when we check out (I'm assuming that I can leave my luggage somewhere to pick up later in the day when we actually leave)? Anyhow, I seriously need a step by step guide book -- any info on how this all works would be great! --Katie

Yeah, you guys are almost there. Check out time at POP is 11am and I am not sure if they will let you have a late check out (or if you want to hang out at POP on your last day ) So, probably the best thing to do is leave Nemo in Luggage Services (same place you will bring luggage for them to hold until you leave) for Southernbelle. There are labels in the box with nemo that you can put on the box with her name and arrival date. LS has luggage carts that you can borrow (bring your license, they will hold it until you bring back the cart) so you can get Nemo and your luggage to LS. Since Nemo will go into LS, you will have to unplug him the next before so it can defrost. Put some towels under him so the carpet doesn't get all wet.

Thanks for the step-by-step!! It looks like Nemo will spend a few hours in LS. I hope he doesn't get lonely-- I'm sure he'll have a few other fridge friends to keep him company!--Katie
