Free Ap's........

Just received an email today from the Disney rewards credit card.........Two free AP's with a DVC purchase with the down payment going onto you CC. I would assume this is for a new pruchase and not for add ons. also 0% for 6 months for the down payment.

Maybe this could sway a few on the DVC fence...........

Were there any other terms or incentives listed such as price / discount / developer points / RCI or cruise?

Only other thing listed in the fine print was a required 160 point minimum purchase at select DVC resort....one would assume the ones not sold out. Also said the minimum down payment would be 15% to qualify for the free AP's. As far as developer points, RCI, and other incentives I would just expect those since they are more associated with DVC and not the credit card.

I just got a promotion from Disney chase visa for 5X the rewards on gas, dining, groceries and Delta. I'm so excited. Maybe my spending will help with our next trip. We leave in 13 days for BCV.

The AP's are valid for 100 add-on points and you must pay a 15% downpayment (instead of the customary 10%) according to my guide.

I did not get into any more details because I was dreaming of 50 point incentives, and this was not the reason the call was initiated..

If you take the AP's, you do not get the cruise or extra money off per point. I spoke to my guide and it is either/or

You will get the first line incentive with the DIS VISA offer but you are taking the AP's instead of the cruise, additional money off, or developer points. That and you have to put 15% down on your DVisa.
