Free annual pass pin & Animal Kingdom Lodge update

Hello pin trading buddies! I just got back from WDW. We had a fantastic time! If you renew your annual pass, you can receive a free pin and lanyard. Go to AK and stop at the first pin booth on the left before you reach the big Tree. Show them your receipt for renewing and they'll load you up with free goodies!! Disney does not advertise this - it's strictly word of mouth.

We stayed at the new Animal Kingdom Lodge. It was AWESOME! We had Zebra and Giraffe eating right outside our balcony. If you go to AKL, go to the end of the Zebra Trails hallway, and watch the animals on the outside stairway. Most of the animals love to graze on that side. The animals are most active at sunrise, sunset, and around 1:00am. Be sure to eat at Bomas and try the wonderful Zebra dome deserts (stuffed with Kalua creme - yummmmm!!) Disney will not let you in the gate if you are not a guest or have dinner reservations. (Tip - Get on the resort bus from the park and you'll get right in). You have to explore this magical hotel. You'll love it!!! I thought I was really in Africa - we stayed up all night watching the animals from our balcony. You'll love the huge pool and lobby. WOW!!!!!!!

The really hot pin to trade during our trip was the Electrical Parade Spinner pin. That is an awesome pin! One of these days I'll get one. I can't wait to go back!
