All this talk about winning tickets and such good deals, I poked around and found a great deal on a Club room at RPR this summer. 5 nights for the price of 3 Super Saver rate, couldnt pass it up.

But, since NBC is GE owned which also owns universal (basically), umm... do you think they actually PAID cash dollars for it? doubtful tho on paper it might look like it.

Thats the way i took it too! I hope we are correct. I entered twice once after the 1st commercial and once after the 3rd but i Unclicked the sweepstakes box the second time. I also entered my husband in the sweepstakes this morning.

I entered immediately after seeing a commercial, but it took several hours (4-5) before I received my confirmation email. They may be a little slow to trickle in.

I have reread the rules several times and still am not certain if it was one entry per commercial, one per the whole contest, if Husband and wife could enter but only one prize would be given per household, etc.
This is why i usually just dont even bother with contests. They intentionally make the rules vague and misleading so they do not have to award the prizes.

This should help everyone understand what Unviersal was doing yesterday. It sounds like they were giving away 300,000 not 100,000 (a batch after every airing of a heroes commercial):

NBC owns Universal so I doubt Universal Orlando spent the $3 million directly. They could have used the 30 seconds for another spot, but they will not have to depart with the $3 million.
