Free $200 Disney Gift card question?

We called and it is because we booked the suite at Art of Animation which isn't a moderate or deluxe resort. Apparently it only comes with moderate or above. I must admit I did not see that anywhere when we booked it.

I agree its not very clear we are going again in January and we were trying to decide if we should rent someones DVC points or book pop with free breakfast and gift card. It was only when I took it to the final booking page I realised the gift card was not added but it is advertised as a gift card per booking on the main page. I would question it and sent screen shots of the main page they may give you a goodwill gesture, doubtful but worth a try.

We have said this on the phone and how disappointed we are but they won't do anything about it. It's sad because it was the first visit for my husband and children but now the magic has gone for him and he said he will never go to Disney again if that's how they treat their customers. I hope they can change his mind when we get there.

We had our luggage tags with discount booklet and map etc but no voucher for the $200 gift card. We are only 6 days away now.

I initially didn't think I'd got the voucher, but then realised its printed at the bottom of one one the A4 sheets.

We arrive at Disney on the 23rd Sept and got the book, vouchers and luggage tags yesterday (11th Aug).

Yes, sorry I hadn't seen your other posts until after I posted. I am in a deluxe (Wilderness Lodge). I just wanted to point out the voucher itself isn't very obvious.

I hadn't realised they didn't offer the gift card with value resorts and had to go back to the tiny writing of the terms and conditions to find out. Sorry you didn't find out until so late, hope you still have a great trip.
